职位描述：
1.建立、实施、沟通和维护质量计划，使公司的质量体系和政策符合as9100质量标准要求
establish, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the company’s quality systems and policies into compliance with the as9100 quality standard requirements.
2.与运营部门经理协调制定质量程序
define the quality procedures in coordination with the operating department managers
3.确保现行质量政策、程序和目标的适用性，及时了解与质量管理体系相关的最新更新/修改。
ensure applicability of current quality policies, procedures and objectives by keeping informed of the latest updates/ modifications related to quality management systems.
4.计划、协调和管理as9100内部审计活动，建立审计发现报告，并在正式的纠正措施体系下试点行动计划，
plan, coordinate, and manage as9100 internal audit activities, establish the audits finding reports and pilot the action plan under a formal corrective action system,
5.协助运营单位制定和实施纠正和预防措施计划，以提高as9100的整体合规性和质量结果。
assist operating units with development and implementation of corrective and preventive action plans to improve overall as9100 compliance and quality results.
6.负责持续改进活动以提高公司的质量体系
responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system of the company
7.制定公司质量培训计划，建立质量意识。
develop the quality training plan of the company in order to build quality awareness.
8.收集、分析公司的关键过程指标，使用适当的方法和工具分析系统性能，然后报告实施的行动以促进这些活动和过程的改进
collect, analyze the key process indicators of the company, using appropriate methodologies and tools to analyse the system performance, then report the actions implemented to facilitate improvements in these activities and processes
9.负责风险管理，定期进行风险评估，识别sxac的主要风险，配合相关经理控制风险。
responsible for risk management, conduct regular risk assessment to identify main risk in sxac and cooperate with related manager to control the risk.
knowledge/special skills requirements
知识或特别的技能要求：
1.熟悉iso9001及质量相关标准，熟悉as9100标准
extensive knowledge of iso9001 and quality related standards, the knowledge of the as9100 standards will be also appreciated
2.熟练掌握问题解决方法和改进工具
good command of problem solving methods and improvement tools
3.良好的沟通、表达、人际关系和组织能力。
strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
4.具备理解和应用过程审计原则的知识和能力
knowledge and ability to understand and apply process audit principles
5.英语流利fluent in english
