What will you do if join us?



?A client facing role defining solutions and be a trusted advisor for our
Smart building/Smart Campus clients

了解智能楼宇/智慧园区客户的真实需求并为客户提供/建议数字化、低碳化整体解决方案，打造与客户相互信赖的合作模式

?Responsible for Siemens intelligent building solutions (system
supply/commissioning/project implementation) business development and contract
signing in related industries, and achieve sales targets.

负责西门子楼宇智能化解决方案（系统供货/调试/工程实施）在相关行业的业务拓展及合同签署，完成销售指标。

?Compelling story tellers who can demonstrate the vision, power and scope of
digital/decarbonlization offerings.

较强影响力/说服力， 可以全面清晰为客户传达/展示数字化/低碳化产品方案及其远大前景

?Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with
clients(internal and external) at all levels of the organization.

卓越的沟通技巧并可以和内外部各级别人员进行有效深度沟通

?Familiar with DDC/PLC product, Have strong experience in industry
automation, intelligent building，ELV，energy saving solution is preferred.

熟悉DDC/PLC系统，拥有相关领域的丰富经验，如工业自动化， 智能楼宇， 弱电智能化，能源管理等。



Who are we looking for?



? Bachelor degree or above in refrigeration, air conditioning, HVAC,
automation, BA or other related majors is preferred

制冷、空调、暖通、自控、楼宇自动化等或其他相关专业毕业优先，本科及以上学历



? More than 5 years’ solution sales experience in building intelligent
equipment manufacturers or system integration companies

有5年以上楼宇智能化设备厂家或系统集成公司解决方案/系统项目销售经验



? Familiar with bio-pharmaceutical, electronic semiconductor and other
high-end manufacturing automation system, factory monitoring system, energy
management system solution is preferred

熟悉生物制药、电子半导体等高端制造业自控系统、厂务监控系统、能源管理系统解决方案者优先



? Strong initiative, learning ability and ability to work under pressure

有较强的主动性、学习能力和抗压能力
