公司自建8条陶瓷熔块生产线，同时拥有陶瓷釉料自动配料生产线、干粒生产线，皆采用国际领先的生产工艺和设备，确保产品种类丰富、质量稳定、运转灵活。公司通过引进德国bruker s8产品检测设备,由较之业内高规模、经验足的品检队伍执行检验流程, 可从源头把控产品质量，降低产品成本，为客户打造高性价比产品。另外，专业的产品技术研发与应用人员配备，为高效服务客户提供了保障。?
panson has built 8 ceramic frit production lines, as well as equipped with ceramic glaze automatic batching production lines and grits production lines, all of which adopted international leading production technology and equipment to ensure a wide range of products, stable quality and flexible operation. through the introduction of bruker s8 product testing equipment from germany, the inspection process is carried out by a high-end and experienced quality inspection team, which can control products quality from the raw materials, reduce product costs, and create cost-effective products for customers. in addition, the company owns a number of professional talents for product development and application, ensuring the efficient service for customers.

2016年，公司开始与意大利remix进行合作，现阶段主要致力于岩板坯体与釉料应用的联合研发。2018年，公司与意大利顶尖陶瓷釉料公司smalticeram联合筹建产品研发应用设计中心，在陶瓷功能墨水及新型釉面材料的研发上取得了突破性进展。在墨水的研发实验中, 公司在前期基础实验部分增设2台喷墨机,更好的推进墨水的后期应用。
since 2016, panson cooperated?with remix,?a leading italian company specializes ceramic raw materials?and?now panson and remix are devoting?to the research and development of body and glaze application?for porcelain slab. in 2018, panson?and smalticeram, one of the most important?ceramic glaze suppliers in italy,?jointly established a products?r&d and application design center, and made breakthroughs in the research and development of ceramic functional inks and new glaze materials.?in addition,?panson?added 2 digital printing?machines for?the r&d?of ink?to meet the demand of the basic experiment and better promote the?ink?application.

经过十余年的沉淀与积累，产品从初期助力北方陶瓷创新开始，逐步被应用到国内各大陶瓷产区，总服务国内客户200余家，并且出口到印尼、马来西亚、越南、孟加拉、巴基斯坦、斯里兰卡、印度、意大利等多个国家。
